Import Today, Even Without an Importer Registry

Through our trading company figure, your company can start its imports immediately. Without waiting for your Registry to be approved.

How it works

This is how importing through our trading company works

The process is simpler than it seems:

1

Identify the product

Your company identifies the product to import and provides supplier information or asks us to find one.

2

Intertrade Logistics imports

We act as the official importer. We make the purchase or manage the shipment with our commercial partners, with an active general or sectorial registry.

3

Customs clearance

We manage complete customs clearance: declaration, duties and VAT payment, NOMs compliance, and applicable permits.

4

Transport

We coordinate transport from the port or customs office to your company.

5

Receive in Mexico

We deliver the goods with the corresponding tax documentation (national sales invoice).

Use cases

When is it convenient to use an import trading company?

New company without Importer Registry

A newly formed company can take weeks to receive its active Registry from SAT. The trading company allows import operations to start while the process advances in parallel.

Suspended or cancelled Registry

If your company has a suspended Registry due to a tax irregularity, the trading company allows you to keep importing while you resolve the situation with the authority.

Foreign company without local entity

Transnational companies that have not yet established their legal entity in Mexico can import supplies or machinery through Intertrade Logistics while setting up their corporate structure.

Occasional imports

If your company needs to import sporadically and the volume does not justify the cost of obtaining your own Registry, the trading company figure is the most efficient alternative.

Sectorial Registry for regulated products

If your products require a specific Sectorial Registry (textiles, footwear, steel, toys) and you don't have one yet, Intertrade Logistics can manage the import under its own sectorial authorization.

Benefits

Why do companies use our trading company service?

Immediate operation

Don't wait months. If the merchandise is ready at origin, the process can start in days.

Full legal compliance

Everything is done within the legal framework of Mexican foreign trade. Your purchases have complete tax and documentary backing.

No structure investment

You don't need to hire your own foreign trade team to manage your first imports.

Simple transition

When your company obtains its own Registry, the transition is smooth because we already know your operation.

Integrated advisory

We guide you in parallel so you understand how the Mexican customs system works and can operate with greater autonomy in the future.
