International Logistics for Companies and Individuals

Maritime, air and land transport with global coverage. We manage your cargo from anywhere in the world to its final destination

Introduction

International logistics without intermediaries: from origin to destination with a single provider

An international supply chain involves multiple stages: origin collection, origin export, documentation, international transport, customs clearance, land transport, warehousing, and distribution….

Intertrade Logistics operates as a freight forwarder with customs agency capabilities. This means we can manage your complete operation from origin to final delivery, without the need for third parties. One team, one point of contact, one invoice.

Services

International logistics services

Key Benefits

Why Bajío companies trust Intertrade Logistics with their logistics

One company for the entire chain

You don't need to coordinate with a forwarder, a customs agency, and a carrier separately. Intertrade Logistics integrates all three services under a single management and a single point of contact.

Real knowledge of the Bajío-Port corridor

We know how long land transit actually takes from each port to Querétaro, what the clearance times are at each customs office, and how to anticipate contingencies.

Cargo visibility

Proactive tracking at every stage: origin departure, arrival at Mexican port, customs clearance, port departure, and destination delivery.

Contingency response

In international logistics, unforeseen events happen. The difference is in how they are managed. Our team acts proactively in the face of holds, route changes, or documentation issues.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

We answer your questions about our logistics and customs services.

How long does customs clearance take for an import?
The average customs clearance time is 24 to 72 hours, depending on the complexity of the goods, tariff classification, and documentation submitted. At Intertrade Logistics we manage the entire process to minimize delays.
What documents do I need to import goods into Mexico?
Basic documents include: commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading or air waybill, and the import customs declaration. We guide you through every requirement based on your type of goods.
Do you offer transport services from any port?
Yes. We operate from major seaports (Manzanillo, Veracruz, Altamira, Lázaro Cárdenas), border crossings (Nuevo Laredo, Colombia, Mexicali), and international airports. We coordinate transport to your facility in Querétaro or anywhere in the country.

What types of cargo do you handle in land transport?
General cargo, Hazmat cargo (depending on the UN number), refrigerated, oversized, special equipment, and perishables.
